CALL FOR PROPOSALS

Paper presentation and Round Table Discussions will be held in the parallel sessions

1. Paper Presentations
Three paper presentations per parallel session, 20 minutes will be allocated to each paper.
A 20-minute Q&A session will be held at the end of each parallel session. The presenters are invited to prepare notes/handouts for their individual presentations.

2. Round Table Discussion (Ph.D-students only)
Each parallel session has 1 case/40 minutes.
A senior researcher will discuss the Ph.D student's paper and suggest future developments. The presenters are invited to prepare notes/handouts for their individual presentations.

For paper presentations, and round table discussions, we provide the following equipment:
PC with Windows XP Professional, equipped with
Microsoft Office 2003
Internet
USB Connection
CD-ROM driver
LCD Projector
Overhead Projector

Important Dates

Deadline for Submission of Proposal	29 Feb 2008
Notification of Acceptance	31 March 2008
Deadline for Submission of Full Paper	30 April 2008

Paper Requirements

Proposal Submission Contributions in English. All materials should be submitted in MS Word Format (.doc) only and sent to mona.holmqvist@bet.hkr.se
	1. Paper Presentations A proposal of not more than 250 words is required. 2. Round Table discussion A proposal of not more than 500 words is required.
Full Paper Contributions in English. Once the proposal is accepted, the author will recieve a letter of acceptance and will be invited to submit a full paper. Submission of full paper is strongly recommended but not mandatory. There is no restriction on the length of the full-paper.

Paper Review
All proposals and papers will go through a strict process of review before the issuing of the letter of acceptance.
